Building the body of Christ

The body of Christ is the collection of believers; Christian family or a Holy nation (1 Peter 2:9) that meet at a particular location to glorify and praise the Almighty God. The foundation of every Holy nation is the word of God. The word of God is power. A Christian family can only have a solid foundation by knowing the word of God. It is crystal clear that every member of the body has an essential role to play in building the church of God and each member is vital to the well being of the whole.

Each member of the body of Christ is spiritually gifted in such a way as to be able to contribute to the whole. In that respect, the church had instituted a Sunday school for the benefit of every member. Previously the church was running a discipleship class for a few selected members but it was terminated for the Sunday school. Currently, the Sunday school is providing members with study materials and also giving members the opportunity to ask question whenever they have a doubt. This teaching is actually molding and changing the lives in the church. The Triumphant Faith Chapel is also at the verge of solidifying and completing its foundation. The congregation is highly moved and motivated by the teaching. Their lives are transforming and they are willing to be used by the Lord as instrument of His grace. Moreover, the church had been divided into the various sub- groups for evangelism but the first step is knowing the word of God which the church believes that will prepared every member to reach out to the world.
